Nexus 5 & 6 users getting an upgrade to Android 5.1.1

Google, last month issued a rollout of the new version of the Android Lollipop OS – version 5.1. Nexus devices which were upgraded to the new OS have complained about the camera app crashing or failing to launch on some occasions, especially the Nexus 5 and 6 users.

To solve this issue, Google has finally decided to start rolling out 5.1.1 version of the OS to patch the bugs in the devices. The latest version of Android is expected to come with 34 merged changes and is also going to fix some PNG file bugs.

Hopefully, this new update works well for the Nexus users.

If you are a Nexus user facing the same issue, let us know whether you received the new rollout and did it solve your issue.
